40 years after his first poster commission for London Transport, this stunning London Zoo poster from 1976 was the last Abram Games designed for LT and is widely thought it be his best.

Games' philosophy 'maximum meaning, minimum means' is evident in this clever design which is believed to be a Tiger built from the deconstructed shapes of the Underground roundel logo.

As well as designed 18 posters for London transport between 1936-1976, Games was also appointed the Official War Office Poster Designer in 1941 and awarded Royal Designer for Industry in 1959. Games also designed the 1953 BBC logo.
